1. Delivery Charges

Karachi

• Rs. 500 per order (for both Chromebooks & Laptops)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) available

Other Cities

• Chromebook delivery charges: Rs. 1000.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for other cities as well
• An advance payment may be required, depending on the laptop/Chromebook model and order value

2. Delivery Timeline

Karachi

• 1–2 business days

• In some cases, same-day delivery may be available depending on the workload.

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day after confirmation.

4. Packaging & Dispatch Process

Every laptop/Chromebook goes through a standard packaging and dispatch procedure:

• Battery backup check

• Charger compatibility check

• Laptop cleaning & inspection

• Warranty sticker and label application

• High-quality packing with carton, tape, and Raping

• Packaging video shared with the customer after dispatch

All online orders are dispatched from our warehouse, which is equipped with complete packing materials and has trained staff.
